Steve was just telling me that his resolution was to be kinder and not be negative about people. I told him the way to do it is to find something positive about each person no matter how difficult it is. He started to say something negative about someone today and I stopped him and told him two positive things I thought about her (although there are far more negative). He then came up with his own positive attributes. Now he is looking at her in a different light.
